Standing under the mistletoe!

So, here's the skinny. Yes this is shamelessly ripped off of other comms' events. I'm lame. Sue me.

There's mistletoe everywhere. If you're unlucky enough, you'll even have some stuck to your head. Each bit of it has a ribbon of a certain color tied to it. The rules go as follow:

Blue ribbons cause cheek kisses
Green
