Challenge 3: Superheroes
Pretty self-explanatory, I think. Somehow incorporate superheroes as the theme, whether through the characters or through references.
Extra Kudos: Throw in a movie quote from your favorite superhero movie. (And please, if you do this, let us know what movie you're quoting so we can try to figure it out. :)
As far as I know, there are no new rules/additions, so have at 'er!
