Long Day
A very long day. Not in the bad way, though.
Spent a very pleasant afternoon with kotoriky. Ate lunch, went to a movie, and visited her cats. Unfortunately short, but I really enjoyed myself, and she seemed to as well. Excellent way to spend part of my birthday weekend.
Kotori was about like I expected. A bit more subdued in person than online, but I knew that would be the case. Of course, so was I. I think. Hmm... Was I? I don't know. She might tell that part of the story a bit differently. Quite pretty. Beautiful voice and ladylike mannerisms, also no surprise. No unpleasant surprises at all, either.
Spent a lot of the time talking about the same stuff we talk about online, which was interesting. When you're meeting someone you've known for a long time online, you can never be sure what to expect from the first meeting. In this case, I thought it was a smooth transition, not a lot of difference between the online and in person. Considering we've been friends online for five years or so, I'm inclined to say that's a good thing.
Right after she left, I discovered that I was very tired. Took a long nap tonight, but I'm still dragging. Regaining my schedule for the work week is going to be a blast.
