Randomizers and Series Decks

Jul 29, 2009 17:31

Okay! So an interesting thing happened today. rokeru and I were just updating the randomizers when suddenly--it got full! Yeaaaah. We ended up getting so many new decks today that they don't even all fit well it's mainly due to file name length and all of that but whatever. So, the only way to temporarily solve this problem was to--make a 6th randomizer!

But even that won't be enough to hold us on for long. So throughout this month, I may be working to set up a randomizer with php coding which I'll probably set up on a page in my domain which you'll be link to in games from then on. For now, we'll work with the 6 randomizers and see how that goes for the time being.

ALSO A VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Please refrain from refreshing the randomizers. If you need to because of your browser in order to get different cards, use Firefox when doing randomizers? try to control how many times you refresh.

We have a 24-hour bandwidth limit of 2000 hits and we're at about 200 or so per randomizer, but I'm not quite sure if the limit is per randomizer or the entire account in general (if you're aware of how random-image.net works in that aspect, please let me know). So try to save our randomizers from reaching its bandwidth so everyone can continue to get their rewards, okay?

ON ANOTHER NOTE: Series decks have all been updated! So if you have one of the following decks in your post, please change it to the new card style. Hopefully it'll be a lot easier to tell the difference between character and series decks now. And with that, we'll be making more series decks with more upcoming card updates. |D

NOTE: If you don't have any of these decks already in your post, don't snag any right now. If you come across it in the randomizer, it'll already be in the new style.
