I was wandering around in a sort of "poor me, FC is on hiatus" mood, when I realized that you'd posted more original fiction. Cool! I had to go back and re-read the other fic in this universe to remind myself what was going on. based on Haylan's conflicted feelings about them, I think I'd assumed Noahl and his father's characters were going to be rather sweet and normal, so finding out Noahl's a killer (executioner?) was a bit of a shock. Now I'm totally intrigued.

So anyway, thanks for making my day, and keep writing :)

And thank YOU for making MY day! *bounces in delight* It's comments like yours (and, you know, just the fact that you've COMMENTED and thus someone at least is reading) that really make me want to continue these.) I have a double handful of stories in my head (and sometimes scribbled down) about Haylan, but I never get around to typing them up and editing properly.

I think that Haylan thinks of Noahl and his father as sweet? Though a huge part of that with Noahl is that he's always protected and loved Haylan in his own very strange way.

Yaaaay thank you! *hugs really tight*

Oh, it sounds as if there is complexity and multi-layeredness. That makes it even better :). Now I'm really excited to hear how it will all come together.

It's true there are always more people reading than commenting. I found that out last week: I put up a little note to say "sorry, got tipsy last night instead of posting story", and suddenly people whom I hadn't thought read my stuff were teasing me about being hungover (note: I wasn't). I'm pretty sure you have tons of readers, so don't get discouraged.
