The Undertaker, Triple H and Shawn Michaels met in the ring for a heated confrontation
Shawn Michaels said that even though he's the special guest referee, he's the real star everyone's talking about heading into the "End of an Era" Hell in a Cell Match at WrestleMania. While HBK refused to offer a prediction for the match, he made a promise that he'll once again steal the show.
Undertaker came out next and advised HBK to keep quiet before Triple H joined the heated discussion. The Game said he knows exactly what it takes to end Undertaker's career inside Hell in a Cell. The Deadman questioned whether Triple H is willing to put his entire life on the line to get the job done.
As their face-off reached a boiling point, a final parting shot from Undertaker was the one that rang the loudest:
"Remember when I said Shawn was better than you? … He is."
"Shawn Michaels heads to the ring to make his long-awaited prediction for the "End of an Era" Match between Triple H and The Undertaker at WrestleMania."
"I gotta admit," says The Showstopper, "It's pretty darn cool knowing I hold the End of an Era in the palm of my hand. And everybody wants to know, what's old HBK's prediction?"
"You're gonna have to wait for WrestleMania. But, I can give you an opinion on what I think will happen."
"The Phenom stalks to the ring, interrupting The Showstopper mid-stream."
-cackling- "Mid-stream"? Jesus wept, that makes it sound like 'Taker interrupted him taking a whiz!
utssq last week rather colourfully described 'Taker's coat as looking "like a bathrobe from a fetish hotel in Vegas", lacking only a ball-gag to complete the look!
I think it looks more like a boxer's robe, denuded of sleeves cos 'Taker's spent years and a small fortune tattooing those arms and it'd be a shame to hide them! Also, it's getting warmer and that coat with the full sleeves would be hotter than a witch's cauldron!
That said, that funny little apron-y bit on the front and back? Made up of the little overlapping tongues of leather? Makes me think of a bloody loincloth! So, either lose the coat and have him strut on up to the ring in just a loincloth (oh hell yeah!!) or take the loincloth/apron dohickey off the bathrobe.
I also think this coat was designed by committee - everyone had a "bit" they wanted in, and someone just chucked it all together and called it good!
'Taker, if you're reading this? Nothing personal. I ignore the weird bits and just groove on you wearing leather head to toe over spandex. Because that's just how I roll! ;-)

Does anyone else get the giggles at the idea of anything involving 'Taker being "pure"? Maybe it's just me and my irredeemably dirty mind! ;-)

No. Last year it was about Trips and 'Taker. This year it's the world's most inappropriate threesome imaginable. However, this does give me faint hope that it'll end up being a fight between Trips and HBK, and 'Taker will win as a result. Which is in no fucking way "pure", but there's not enough room in that ring and cell for all those egos.
"There have been 24 Hell in a Cell matches since the beginning. Just 24. You and I have been in 19 of them."
Is there an echo in here? Because I'm pretty sure I totted up those stats before 'Taker and Kane's Hell in Cell battle two years ago!
Also? 'Taker was in the very first one, Trips - with HBK. So fuck you.

Fact: that bullshit "Devil's Playground" moniker is a fairly recent atrocity.
Fact: the two Hell in a Cell matches that set the bar were 'Taker's - the first with HBK, the second and far away most iconic with Mick Foley (Mankind). I have the Hell in a Cell DVD set and can't remember one with Trips in it that even comes close to those two. The only reason his best showing in a Cell even rates a memory is because it was with Mick Foley.

I stand corrected - there isn't enough room in that Cell for Trips' ego all on its own.
