Katie died today.
She got out of bed, felt a sharp pain and collapsed.
Robin, her partner, called 911 but they could not do anything.
Now Aunt Flo has buried her husband, her son and her daughter.
Katie was a warm, giving, loving girl. We were two peas in a pod, she was warm and sweet, the perfect counterpoint to my sharp edges.
I know life isn't fair but shit I did not expect this.
