Woah
So the days are passing pretty darn fast here! It's now Monday and I leave Mokpo on Friday...insane! My preliminary packing run went pretty good. I will definitely be able to fit everything in my suitcases - quite the miracle. However, I am still unsure of the weight. I'm going to go through and throw more stuff away/give things away. Fun times, lol.
I'm pretty busy right up until I leave. Poor Seung Geuk was trying to set up a time with me to take me out to dinner and to talk and stuff and there just isn't really time between my schedule and his. He has a business trip this week so isn't free too much and I'm pretty much all booked up. He is going to call though. I hate saying goodbye to people. Everyone here has been sooo wonderful. We had my goodbye party at church yesterday and it was really hard. I prayed that I wouldn't cry, but my emotions were just too strong and too raw to hold it all in. And of course when they wanted me to give a 'speech' during cake time it took like five minutes for me to start because I was crying and my voice sounded all girly and emotional... It went really good though and I know that I am loved here. Patti said that I have been like a breath of fresh air to this place and that really made me feel good. Even though I didn't know it in the beginning, I was meant to be here at this time..."To every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven" Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV).
In other news:
1. My henna tattoo which was supposed to last a month is now gone...so sorry friends.
2. Buddy salsa dances now.... :)
3. I'm so excited about San Francisco!
4. Can't wait to see everyone when I get home :)
