Second Internet Post (Devotional Entry)

To my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

Is it sacrilegious to be listening to a secular music album while I post an online devotional? Don't strike me down LORD ALMIGHTY. I'm listening to Norah Jones' album "Not Too Late". The customer reviews weren't too great. It seems too late to take it out of the computer now because I already started listening to it.

The third song "The Sun Doesn't Like You" is pretty cool. Lord, I feel peace in this room with you. I pray for your love and for the Holy Spirit to permeate the Babylon Theatre.

I've been working fairly hard on my paper "Innocent Until Released" all things considered. The military has a way of compartmentalizing everything. I've still been able to develop a rough draft that is still worth working on. Lord, continue to bless my work on this paper. It's not the finished product that is important. Going through the writing process, developing my writing skills is what's important.

I just read Exodus 27-29. Glory to the Lord. After reading about the incense offering to the Lord, I want to go to the Camp Slayer PX to buy some incense. I'm sure the guy on the second floor will have some in his store. I won't be able to go to dinner chow though. Maybe I could skip chow, park over by the PX, buy the insense, grab a white chocolate mocha or almond latte, and drive back to Commo Hill so SPC Rushing can come down to Camp Slayer. Just an idea.

Prayer

Lord God, I love you so much. Bless the time I spend up at Commo Hill this evening. I don't really know what to pray for at this moment, but I know I want to talk with you, even with all of the distractions around me.

Norah Jones is hot.
