Clinton Hill/Bedstuy room for rent
Hello Brooklyn College!
I have a room opening up in my apt., off the great G train (classon ave stop), off the B54 line, near the B48 and B38. The room is technically the living room but serves as a bedroom. There are four walls and a door so there is privacy, only catch is I would have to walk through your room to get to the toilet.
Please No Pets!!!
No couples, sorry.
The place is big enough for two people but probably not the best enviroment for a pet, plus I have allergies =(.
About me:
I'm 33, gay, smoke 420, laidback, creative, at times introverted, a student, work, have an internship, CLEAN and organized! ( c'mon i'm gay this is a must!), friendly.
the room is 14x14 roughly, $600 a month plus a $600 deposit. The only common space is our kitchen so if you're okay with this and feel we may be able to coexist feel free to contact me by replying.
