Apartment Brokers.
I'm apartment hunting in Brooklyn and could really use a referral to a good broker.
Also, I wasn't sure: Do brokers generally only deal in one area/borough, or are they city-wide? Meaning, if my friend used a Manhattan broker that she thought did a really good job, would it be pointless to contact them if I'm only looking for housing in Brooklyn?
Also, any tips for dealing with brokers would be greatly appreciated.
