(no subject)
so i had a traditional english breakfast today, and it was really really good! i got poached eggs, lincolnshire sausage (it had sage in it), smoked bacon (basically canadian bacon), fried toast, hashbrowns, baked beans, and black pudding. black pudding is like fried pigs blood. it came in this like little cake form. it was pretty decent, i probabably would have liked it more if i didn't know it was pig's blood. the fried toast was awesome, it seems like they shallow fry the bread in a hot skillet with butter. very tasty. the worst part was the freaking baked beans. the brits like, worship beans here. i don't get it. they were all nasty and sweet. pff.
that's about all that's new with me. i spend the rest of my time here avoiding work and watching lost. ah, the glamorous life of studying abroad...
