Hey those of you who know about these things, do you have any suggestions of methods to speed up recovery from pulled/strained/torn muscles? Last night I crashed while biking (in Finland! will stories about it later) and I did something to my shoulder/upper arm that makes it pretty painful to use the arm to carry any weight or to lift it horizontally. I think it's muscular-based damage because of what hurts and what doesn't, but there isn't any heat or swelling, just pain. Any ideas?
