on vacation i learnt what a city mouse i am. i like commerce, i like flat surfaces and clean bathrooms. i like products and shelves to hold them. i like perfume and candy and drinking a lot of beer and passing out in the hot hot sun. i like all my songs to be at my disposal at all times. i especially like driving. i LOVE driving.
i do not like hiking or kayaking. i kayaked! i've never even been to the gym! i have a newfound appreciation for people who do crew, not that i wasn't impressed before.
this is the building i saw again and again on the bus, the super cool workers' quarters-style building, my absolute favorite thing i saw in san juan. when we were driving out of the city and to the airport i wanted to see it again and take a picture. i had kt turn down a side street and there it was, just like serendipity.
