The End of Summer Meme
Summer's nearly gone; how are you going to see it out?

1. The Beach: Sand and sun and bright blue water as far as the eye can see. Grab an umbrella and something to drink, or set up a volleyball net and start a friendly game. Enjoy it while the weather's still nice!
2. The Fair: The fair's in town! Drag a friend along or run into him there. The music is hokey, the rides are rickety, and the funnel cakes are frying.
3. A Bonfire: Grab a stick and some marshmallows and huddle up on some hay bales around a blazing bonfire. Cuddle with your lover or tell your favorite ghost stories, and enjoy the night weather while it's still so nice.
4. A Picnic: The weather is still just about perfect for a nice afternoon picnic. Pack some sandwiches and head on over to your favorite picnic spot.
5. A Sleepover: The best way to celebrate the end of the summer vacation is by having a sleepover with friends. Whether it's cookie-and-movie-night or you just got drunk and decided to crash on your friend's couch, spending the last of your summer holiday with others is really the way to go.
6. Shopping Trip: Need back to school clothes? Have to prepare for the latest fall fashion? Might as well go ahead and spend all that money you made mowing lawns this summer.
7. Ice cream: What better way is there to cool off on one of those last hot summer days than by sharing some ice cream with your best friend (or maybe by rubbing it in the face of your worst enemy?)
8. Night club/bar: You could always hit up the night club or bar instead. Nothing says 'I don't have work tomorrow' quite like getting tanked and hitting on strangers.
