I loved this day! Not because we went out and did anything spectacular, but because we stayed in and did something spectacular! It was a very important, necessary day where we had all the time in the world to figure out how to move from Internet dating to being an actual couple. I loved the nap on the couch - it was so nice to wake up and still have you snuggled against me. I'm so glad we had this day to share, with no pressure, time crunches, or expectations - time to just get to know how we fit together as a couple. I love you!

mmm Me too. It was definitely one of the most important days of our vacation - even though it was one of the least active. It was a perfect day. I love you, too.

You two are so sweet together, and BL, I didn't McVomit, it wasn't as overly sweet as you thought it would be, I'm loving this little blog of your vacation. And I know what its like to snuggle, my girl and I went to Mardi Gras (Pride) Parade this year, we spent the night snuggled together watching TV and not bothering to get up in the morning, we are a little bit ahead of you though in regards to the physical relationship side of things.

Thank you! You should see us in person! We're in almost constant physical contact and when we're not it's so weird. I think it's physically impossible for me not to touch her when she's within reach. I don't know if that's just because I love her so much or if it's a side effect of being apart. It's probably both.

I had no idea how much I love to snuggle. I think I could do it forever. And ever. And ever.

awww, this was sweet! after hearing about your sleep issues, i can understand how much it means to you that you can fall asleep so easily in Love's arms.

It really says a lot about how much I trust her - and how at ease she makes me. Between the amazing bed [it really was amazing and firm and wonderful] and her, I slept better than I have in years almost every night!

And yes. This day especially. While we didn't go out and do anything exciting, it was one of the most important days of our vacation.

I'm glad you're patient. That's a nice quality to have. I'm jealous. [I'm extraordinarily impatient about most things.] But you may not have to wait as long as you think. If a year ago someone had told me I'd be in a serious romantic relationship within the year I would have laughed until I peed myself. It really does come when you least expect it and it's just around the corner, I'm sure. :)

Awwwe you guys are so sweet :) That's so great that you feel that comfortable around her.

Snuggling with someone you care about is one of my favourite things.. ever. Just to be that close with someone you care about is one of the best feelings.

I'm glad you're posting these.. it's awesome to hear about it and it makes me even more excited for the day I'll be reunited with my girlfriend.. even though that's pretty far away.

It happened much sooner than either of us expected but that just meant we had more time to be close. And we did a LOT of snuggling.

That's great! Days full of snuggling are the best.

Aaah, I hope so too. It's definitely hard, but I think it's worth it... and I know that when I'm with her I'll get to have days full of snuggling again, and we (like you guys, I'm sure) will never take days like this for granted. So I'll just have to wait patiently (well okay, maybe not so patiently :P) until we can be together again.

That is definitely one of the few up sides to spending time - especially at the beginning of a relationship - doing the long distance thing. There is so much that people take for granted that we never will. I'm sure you won't either. That's special and hopefully make it worth the terrible wait. I guess for now you can live vicariously through my vacation? I doubt that really helps. But I am glad you're enjoying reading, anyway.
