cooper young festival
where i went today. kinda like west-fest but memphis style. i actually heard some really good music and saw some people i knew from work. we stood and paid some old black man with a steel guitar a dollar everytime he played a song. i requested stevie ray vaughn (love you daddy) and any song with texas in it. he sang me deep elm blues for me. even though i'm not from dallas, it was still really cool. caden was really good the whole time. he slept alot and then when we came home the SOUTHERN HERITAGE CLASSIC was going on and there were cars all over the yard and it was fucked up!!!! there were real live hookers and drunk ghetto folk pissing on my yard- very, very near my car. my neighbor was even like "yo dude if you needa relieve yourself go behind my house" then the landlord was here and trying to hog all the money and brian hada set them straight. it was fucked up. next week is the MIDSOUTH FAIR - fulla ( yeah, that's a real word in memphis.) ghetto folks. i've never been there because for the past 3 years everyone i've known has reminded me that is NOT a safe place for - white- people to go. how sad is that. anyway we live so close to the fairgrounds we park cars in the front yard and then apparently the landlord comes over, sits on my lawnchairs and drinks mike's hard lemonaid (pussyassbitch) anyway i gotta go cause twilight zone themovie just started. you all will be hearing more bitching about this thru the next week i'm sure. by the way if anyone cares my birthday is next tuesday, september 21st . brian has to go out to dinner with his c.e.o. so i'll be alone all day and night. i wish i had friends. oh well. check ya'll bitches later - B (hahai'madork)
