Busy day
For once I don't think I could sit down for a moment and say I was bored today. Trust me...that's a VERY good thing!
I was a little upset when I woke up. Two reasons for that: 1) Because I was still soooo frickin' tired but still had to get up. and 2) because I got up for no reason!!!!!
Usually I get up early to take my mom to work so I can have the car for that day. Well I woke up and the house was empty...leaving me thinking that I would be bored out of my mind and stuck @ home...two things that I hate to happen to me.
Things did get better for me! My mom came and gave me the car because I had some errands to run. What a relief...now I knew that I wasn't gonna be trapped at home.
I had to get brake fluid and a brake master cylinder for my car. $80!!!! (Sigh) I guess there are some sacrifices you must make to attain freedom. After that I found myself being very hungry...so I had a Chick-fil-A lemonade and some McDonald's food. What a mismatch right? Yep. But Chick-Fil-A doesn't have a dollar menu and McDonald's doesn't have lemonade that tastes sooo good.
Anyway I get home and my cousin Jerry calls because he needs me to come pick him up. Why? He needs to do some laundry and can't do it where he is. So I go pick the guy up and hang at his crib for a bit. Before I know it...its 2:15! Time to pick up the kids from school!
We get to the elementary school about 10 mins later and scoop the kids up. My little brother Gregory is the king of mischeif...so a teacher came had to ask me to make sure the kid stays under control.
When we get to the house...Vanessa comes over to pick up her DVD's "O" and Brown Sugar. She stayed a while but before she left...Dan came by to chill. (Quite the busy day!) Vanessa had to get to work and us guys got together and just started making plans to escape from the homes of our parents. They sound good on paper...let's see if we can pull it off in a year.
Fast forward to after I have to pick my mom up and afterwe buy a coffee table to put in the family room, I find myself playing basketball in the fading Georgia heat. (NOTE TO EVERYONE: Do not play outside during the day...you'll suffer.)After a few games I'm running all over the place. I mean I can't take a breath.
Dan left his charger at my house...so on my way out I met him on the road and gave him his charger. Than I went and bought Jerry and Greg something to drink after our basketball games.
I get home and begin to feed my horrible addiction. (Thefacebook) Than my cousin Tatiana calls me and says she is stranded and needs a ride. Grrr. I hate being the nice guy...but with my limited gas I went and picked her up. I took her down the street to Vanessa's house where I got out and chilled for a bit. Apparently too long actually. Jerry called Vanessa...they were supposed to get together from what I hear and I got billed as the bad guy for leaving him @ my house when I went to pick Tati up. He didn't ask to go...and besides he was eating...and you NEVER interupt any man while their eating. It's a sacred law. LOL.
So I came home and got the guilt trip from my cousin. So what do I do? I take him home to put his laundry up...put ten dollars of gas in the car, and took him to V's house. (I'm too damn nice...)
I had planned to go see Kandis today...but with all that happened...I don't know when I would have found time to do it. Oh well...hopefully I'll get to hang out with my buddy sooner rather than later. I think that's all for now. I need to get a haircut...so hopefully that goes down tomorrow.
