Life is Beautiful
All things considered, despite misgivings and crappy choices of the people surrounding me, I'm doing pretty well.
School started out well, surprisingly. Well, I did volunteer to be a coordinator for one of my classes, but since we all share the same class, the class of 2005 ganged up on me and made me Head of Class. Twerps. Now I have to do those chiefly duties and cater to their needs, such as acquiring books and such. There's already a glitch in the system, but I hope I can manage and work things out.
Anyway, here's my schedule for this semester (all classes are 17:00 - 19:00)
Monday : Politics, Democracy, and Foreign Affairs (small class with an interesting docent)
Tuesday : American History (OMG! So much books to read! I can make a mattress outta them! Nice docent though)
Wednesday : Man & American Institutions (2 favorable docents from last semester, and we use english as a primary language in our discussions and instructionals)
Thursday : Research Methodology (The Professor, but surprisingly, he was in a good mood yesterday, and I actually enjoyed the class, as opposed to having the same anxiety stress every Thursday last semester).
Much papers are due, but the good news is that I can write them in English if I want, well, except for the Thursday class. But big yay for that!
Aside from classes, I'm discovering a new object for shallow viewing : the PussyCat Dolls. Yes, I'm late to the party, but hey, I was occupied at the time. What I'd give to watch a show of the PCDs... Btw, I do love their narcisstic single at the moment. Will probably be tired of it soon or think of it as a crack song, but now, hubba hubba.
Oh, amamiyarin, I saw that new Tatu video. Er, it was cute, I guess. At least it made more sense than the other ones. Btw, did you get the Mireille/Kirika vibe from them?
Lucky you, dark_toothfairy, for getting SVU : the Golden Years shown in Germany. Yes, I was very much jealous when 'Oh, Alex & Olivia in action!' came from you. Enjoy the shallow for me! ^^ (yes, I will sleep after this, scout's honor! XP)
