That was my question last night when I had to endure some hours of severe toothache before finally falling asleep to 2 Ponstan pills & the sounds of SeraMyu (yeah, don't ask).Guess the answer is to get my ass to the dentist and finally do something about it, after I chipped a tooth in May. Yeah, I know. Procrastination is a bitch and it finally bit me in the ass. Or mouth. Whatever.
So I skipped work and school to go to Ladokgi, and got my tooth treated there. It wasn't that bad in hindsight, but it was torture when I was experiencing it. When the doctor applied the anaesthesis novocaine, she twisted the needle and it was really painful. Heh, when she offered painkillers, she should have offered oral ones before she applied the one from the needle. Good thing she's cute, or else I'd probably threw a hissyfit right there and then. Yeah, yeah, it was probably necessary so that the hard to reach places are also covered. Anyway, I have to go back next week and now it doesn't feel too bad. It felt like hell even a few hours after the fact, though. I had to remind myself that it's just a toothache, not cancer or an amputation or such to prevent my inner drama queen from coming out.
Still though, I'm staying away from hard food for now. I had lunch with my mom earlier, and I had soup, half an omellette and some fluffy pancakes. Bought myself some Weetbix and instant cereal so I can just drink my meals for the next few weeks.
On a positive note, I've received and activated my credit card (yes, , it's the Batman Visa one :P). I also completed the client list for our company profile. So not all bad. I should eat drink and then go to sleep so I can do my homework for my class tomorrow. Not to mention I need to be at the office early tomorrow.
