(no subject)
Classes were canceled today because of the enormous amount of snow we've been getting since yesterday night. That means I've had all day to write a Math assignment due tomorrow (it's v. small, actually, and really quite easy) but I've spent a big part of day writing it, as I got extremely frustrated every time I began doing the first assignment - I got the wrong answers all the time, and I knew it was probably a stupid miscalculation somewhere, but I couldn't find it.
Finally I called Stig over Skype and went through it w. him. Turns out I figured "Hmm... 4-3=7, right?" Awfully annoying, as the assignment should've been done in an hour or so :/
I kind of hope the buses will be canceled tomorrow as well, so I can stay at home from school, but then again - I've an appointment w. Barbara tomorrow, and it'd utterly suck if we didn't get together. Both of us are bad at making sure we spend time together, as we only meet at school and rarely talk there. It'd be sad to lose her friendship because I don't like calling people and have a fear of being rejected.
Ah well, we'll see how it goes.
Also: my mother walked for 1½-2 hours to get to work. Luckily for her, the buses had begun driving again when she went home.
