So last week, I told my boss that I would go ahead with the training to be a 'KSA'-- a 'keyed sales associate'. An associate who has the key to the store, and who opens and closes. So last week, I finished the CSL's-- computer learning.... And I was shown twice how to close out the tills at the end of the night, and was shown twice how to open the store.... So today, I go in and Avril gave me the 'gatekeepers test', which I totally thought was a practice round, cause I had not even seen the test or anything-- and in the meantime, Dani had her own copy of the test(as she was going for her key as well) for some time now.....
So I did the 'practice test', which turned out to be the actual test for me.... Which I did get about 96% on, don't know how that happened! And then I had to close out both tills tonight, by myself--- which I was only shown TWICE how to do last week...... But I did it, within the required time period....
And I given a key tonight..... So I am now a KSA..... Who can open and close the store....
And it means, that I'm getting a RAISE!!!! Boo-ya!!!!
