Wahoo! Im down a little! Im really tired thou. Last night I went to the gym...and really worked hard! Iv just got back from my morning walk and am shattered! O well! I have no time t rest...i need to revise...not forgetting im swimming later and i hav my weights to do!! 
I have such bacd urges to binge!! Day 1 & 2 of the plan are always fine...its wen i get to the third day that I really struggle! I have to stay strong!! Think of how upset ill be if i binge and put on weight.
