(no subject)
on christmas eve, i just slept in till 3 or so and i had to go to my aunts and be around family/family friends, it sucked because most of them look very pretentious. they look like urban outfitters scenesters. ehh. then today, typical present opening, i didn't really get anything. then i went back to sleep till 3:30 and then i called ryan and we agreed to go to the traditional christmas 30footFALL show. he came by around 8 with angie and her friend catherine(i think?). then we went up there and it didnt really start till 10, 30footFALL came out and as the first act played a bunch of oldschool punk/pop punk covers such as dead kennedys/operation ivy/sex pistols(haha, they so didnt want to play that)/propagahndi. but the real treat was when they played 3 or 4 songs off the screeching weasel album my brain hurts as well as a fifteen cover. me and ryan were singing along and what not. then we decided to leave because we had to drop off angie's friend. so i didn't get to see good old fashioned 30fatFOOLS materiall, but those covers made up for it. angie is cool and what not, so i had a good time with everyone and a fun night.
