For the
inception_kink prompt: C: Why didn't you sell me out, Eames? - E: Money wasn't good enough. - C: What happens when it is? - E: *sly smile* Well now, that'll be an interesting day.

DID I REALLY WHAT?
Like it? Because yes I really did, though I do think Eames would take jobs and sell out people he didn't much care for, purely for the monetary gain.
But fffff the relationship with him and Cobb in this is so fucking great I just I don't.

mmmmmmmm, true true. he probably has the capacity to do that. i mean, he was willing to ride the kick with or without either ariadne or cobb in the last level, right? self-preservation and all that.
mmmmmmmmmmm. well that just disproves my fic. T_T but wotevs, it's e/c it's e/c the pairing does what it wants. like a boss.

Because you know he'd be aggravated working with anyone that wasn't, and also, idk, I don't think he's the kind to grass on someone that he appreciates/respects/generally likes.
SO THE FIC STILL WORKS NOW SHUT UP AND WRITE ME SOME MORE E/C ):

No! because, well, okay maybe. But him staying wouldn't do any good at all because they'd miss the kick anyway; he had to make the point about timing, regardless of personal loyalty. And he had to set the charges, so he couldn't come with them no matter what.
IT PROVES NOTHING.
