So long time, no update
Yep, it sure has been a long time. Eh, oh well. Nothing too exciting in
my life has been going on anyways.
I went through this journal and deleted all meme's (or whatever they
are called) and posts that were like surveys. Just a little
housecleaning. Just wanted to say that in case you were really
wondering what happened to them.
So Christmas was alright. Went a little better than I expected, at least in one aspect. Most of you don't know, but my grandfather passes away last Christmas day (in 2003). I was expecting a lot of boo-hooing at the dinner. There wasn't much going on. And the crying that did happen was mainly because of another reason. My cousin Daniel was leaving two days later for Iraq. It was the last time we got to see him before he left on Monday. Everyone please keep him in your prayers, if you don't mind. He is headed to a not so good area in Iraq.
In case anyone was wondering, I did get most of what I wanted for Christmas! A scrapbooking rolling tote, an all-in-one printer, a few CDs, a purse, a gift card for Charlotte Russe, among some other things. The only thing I really wanted, but didn't get and couldn't find anywhere to buy with my Christmas cash was Horse of a Different Color by Big and Rich. Oh well, hopefully later.
School ended like 2 and a half weeks ago. Didn't do as well as before. Lets see how I did:
As for a job....I NEED one!! I think that when I go back to San Marcos next week that I will seriously start looking for one. After all, I really need the money. Too many things to pay for.
I am not all that excited about the New Year. Not much is happening on New Year's Eve. Probably just going to do a little drinking with some of my friends. And count down as the ball drops. But then I have no one to kiss at midnight. Oh well. Next year will probably be just as crappy as this one turned out to be. I have no resolutions since I know that I will break them anyways.
I think that is all for now, folks! I will try to update more often in the New Year. Don't take that as a resolution!! If you do, I will break it!
