Last year I lost over a stone (15lbs/7kg or so) through jogging (slowly, leisurely, with walking breaks) twice or three times a week and eating sensibly. I kept it pretty much off until recently.
My eating habits have slid (a lot of junk food in front of DVDs hibernating indoors with Kit who thinks I have no cause whatsoever to worry about my weight doesn't help!) and I haven't run since just after Christmas. I'm cycling a bit, but not every day and not enough.
My pretty new suits and some other clothes are getting tight. Some that were loose are not so much so now.
Something needs to be done.
Would you all please yell at me to start running again?
