One of the perenniel surprises of being female is occasionally getting yourself ( re-sized for bras. )

I was just old by a long-unseen friend that I was fat. Now I'm paranoid. :(

Oh, I highly doubt it. Besides, uff ya, what a rude thing to say. All rude comments should be ignored on principle!

Hate that clothing sizes are never consistent, too! I go into an eight in some shops, can't do up a fourteen in others. I know something is really messed up when I walk into a shop with my 31 inch waist and can't fit into an extra-large! Why can't they just have number that reflects the number of inches the damn garment is around the waist/hips/bust? Just have the damn measurements printed on the label and leave it at that? But noooooo we all have to be slaves to the "perfect 6" which isn't even the same across labels! Ridiculousness.

F? What would that be in German sizes?
Because...someone with the frame of yours would break in the middle if they had a German size F. In your avatar it seems to me you've got a good B.

I think the cup sizes are the same. It's the band sizes that need to be translated because of course in the UK and North America they're in inches.

(Having checked -- YIKES -- this website, 32F translates into 70G, and even 34E is 75F!)

Perhaps not surprisingly, I tend to choose avatar photos where I look rather slim, and this usually means my breasts are minimised in them.

Well, erm....wow?!?
This would mean you've got bigger boobs than my sister when she was 20kg overweight and whose boobs have always been big in the first place.
Well...we're all just individua. How tall are you, by the way?

Wasn't there a song in the eighties or so...?
She's a perfect 10, but she wears a 12 ( ... )

Wow, I don't know that song, but I'm loving it. Kinda reminds me of "Video" by India.Arie...

"I'm not the average girl from your video
And I ain't built like a supermodel
But I've learned to love myself unconditionally
Because I am a queen..."

I'm 5'0. My mum did make a comment or two about breast reductions when I was in my mid/late-teens and it seemed they would never stop growing, but I've never had back troubles so I never considered or looked into it. They still don't trouble me, though (I suspect in common with most large breasted women!) I wish they were perkier and didn't have stretch marks!

I remember the mental re-adjustment I had to go through when I got measured as a D and I think I may have been creeping towards an E before I started my excercise routine! I'll probably shrink again now.

I've worked out that the only thing I can be sure of regarding sizing is that half my wardrobe won't fit me due to one extreme or the other!
