...but this does make me feel slightly less guilty about all those air-travel miles:

I'll post at length about Christmas at some point. Or maybe at not too much length. I am still ill, with a blocked ear and sore throat, and as it is persisting longer than normal I am going to the doctor this afternoon. I've called in sick to work, I devoutly hope for the last time.
