This may be a case for
firstworldprobs but I'll leave it here:
My old job, the one I've been doing contract work for off and on for the last couple months, wants to officially hire me again for a longer term/short term assignment (5 months). There are a few differences like it would be a Sat - Wed gig, which isn't that big of a deal since I'd still have my nights free. The biggest issue is this: more responsibility but at $5 less an hour than what I am making doing contract work.
This is a huge bummer.
What would you do in this economy? I'm not starving and not hurting for $. Should I take what I can get or wait for something better? It's possible I could wait this out and get a full time gig there in the near future making what I am making now but have all my benefits etc. Maybe I should wait this out.
Also: What is it about the people in the library who think it's ok to chat away at full-volume on their cell phone? Seriously, GTFO!
