(no subject)
I love that I have a boyfriend crazy enough to consider going to this. It's so awesome that they're doing that! Wonder if I could convince him to bring me too? ;) I've been saving up to go visit my best friend in Scotland, and my aunt and uncle in Ireland anyways (although I was planning for the spring...). Maybe I'll be able to do a whirlwind tour of the U.K. :) With my b-day and Christmas coming up, I should be able to convince my family to donate to the cause. *crosses fingers*. That would be the coolest bday present ever!
In other news, I have successfully knitted two hats and one scarf. Now I have my eye on bigger projects. This poncho looks really easy to make. I'd probably do it in green and brown though. I also like this. I own a bunch of strapless dresses, and I have a bunch of weddings to attend over the next few months, so a shawl of some sort would be nice. I'd probably make that one in a brownish toned color, since the bulk of my dresses are gold/copper/green/brown.
And I'd like to welcome all the new BPAL people to my journal! I am so excited about this round. Autumn is my favorite season, since it contains my two favorite holidays: My birthday and Halloween. Most of my journal is friends only, but I'll try to be better about making some public posts, just in case. I've started shopping for my witchy, and it's so hard to restrain myself! I keep falling into the trap of "one for her, two for me". Ooops. At least I've been good at avoiding buying the stuff on my own wishlists. :p
