A Regret
There is so much good music out there its mind boggling. I'm kicking my ass for not keeping better organized what I already have and letting things slip through my fingers. Doesn't make it easier though that I don't put any limits on my taste, since I enjoy everything from heavy death metal to folk and jazz. But if this is what I'm gonna do, Music, I wanna keep everything I like and keep it close so they can all inspire me when the time comes to write my own. I feel like I've failed in that respect, as many of my favorite CD's from years past have fallen through the cracks and there is so much good music out there that haven't listened to. Its mostly a problem of organization and laziness, which is another fear of mine, that I don't have the discipline to achieve what I hope. Perhaps I dream too big, and am just waiting for a reality check. Time will tell.
