Yeah, one of those inflatable muscle-man costumes. I couldn't figure out what you would wear on the legs of it, other than more muscles.

I'm pretty sure that's how it goes for most cartoon versions of the muscle-man costume that I've seen.

I had to google a costume example, honestly. XD Edge's legs then just looked like balloons, so I gave him ninja!pants.
