I just finished reading The Magician's Nephew! I absolutely loved it. and I intend to read it over and over and many times also to my daughter. My mom gave me this leather bound compilation of the Chronicles of Narnia. She even wrote to me in the front cover. My favorite part of receiving gifts so special to me as this one; when I think of sharing them with my daughter. I read her much of the first book, and as she grows older I will keep reading her these stories. I feel that, whether it was the intention of it or not, it is an amazing way to introduce a child to God. One day I will give this book to Adriana. Hopefully by that time it will be wrinkled and worn because of the years the two of us spent reading it at bedtime.
