I haven't posted yet on how great Felt Club XL was last weekend. Clay couldn't come with me which was a bummer, but my dear friend Holland kept me company all day and she seemed to have a blast. She had no idea what a subculture it would be amoung the crafters, and was constantly amazed at the LA people watching. We felt so amazingly unhip. It's probably unhip just to use the term hip as much as we did. But really there were some stylie people there.
sewdarncute organized another fantastic event. I would participate in anything she was behind, she works her butt off and really cares about the venders.
So I suppose I should really take the next steps to open up the online shop, we made tons of sales, but lots of people took our card too. I don't know why I am so intimidated to start that. The fantastic melissa_stajda already did the coding, I just need to plug stuff in. I am busy now making christmast presents, nothing store bought this year in our house, so maybe once the holidays are over. Our website promises the shop will be in the new year anyways.
