New words! New laptop! But same old me and it seems an age since I have updated this thing.
Last Tuesday after the usual tomato bruschetta at Italmania, we headed down to 13th Note Cafe to see ":(" aka colonopenbracket. Wow what a show they put on! They left me smiling for about four hours afterwards, positively wow!
It's scheduled to see Sabrepulse live for the first time this weekend , sadly I missed him live in the summer due to the operation on my toe. I'm thinking about taking my camera but I probably won't because:
a) Taking photographs simply ruins the whole enjoyment of the show.
b) I can't get my hands on a decent flash-gun.
c) I have no ambition to be a "Gig Photographer" anyway.
However I probably will end up taking it, because I'll get moaned at otherwise.
I've finished writing "(scenes)" now, just a little bit of tweaking and the actually printing of the book to be done. In all it's taken me around five months to write, which may seem a long time in comparison to the size it actually is. Although I like to think that each scene is like a small delicate blow that'll all add up and knock the boxer down.
I have a photoshoot booked with my sister tomorrow but I'm not really looking forward to it, as I have a strong feeling she will be a fussy model. We'll see....
