Problem:
German licenses are expensive, so when Martin was coming over here he figured he'd get one in the US 'cause it's cheaper. But then he was worried about that law that you have to wait 6 months...
SOLUTION:
"Graduated Licensing Law: A new graduated licensing law begins in NYS on September 1, 2003. The law affects how drivers under the age of 18 ("junior drivers") receive senior driving privileges and changes the restrictions on junior drivers. Junior drivers are drivers who have a driver license or a learner permit of Class DJ or Class MJ." (DMV website).. MARTIN IS 18!!!!
Problem: Forms of ID
SOLUTION! You need (6) points: (3) Foreign passport that has been translated
(2) US school ID card and report card
(1) supermarket cash-checking card
MARTIN!!! YOU CAN BE A LICENSED DRIVER!! YAYYYY!
