well... year in review...
havn't written in a while, but let's review the year...
moved in to my first nice place
drank a lot
trained to be in an infantry unit
worked for the Bar Association
began biking to work
got a head injury within a month of beginning biking to work
got bike fixed
got hit by a truck one week later
went to new york for the first time
went to San Francisco
started dating my best female friend of 2 years
got dumped by girl for going to Iraq
oh yeah... got put on active duty and had to leave pimp pad to live in the styx of the high cali desert
found out how easy being single is
found out how hard being single is
got sent to iraq to leave a cushy life of beverly hills office job by day and hollywood bar fly/indie rock night life
realized i wouldn't trade having served as a U.S. Marine for anything else
thought a lot about home
realized how complicated love can be
present: waiting out the next couple months to come home.
new years resolution: keep in shape and make all my dreams come true when I get home
