Not as long of a day...
Woke up at 3:00 again. Got to the Armory and mounted the trucks to head to do more urban combat training. It was WAY better today. We got blanks, and got to use the whole facility. We got to play the good guys, and then we got to play insurgents. It was a good perspective to take, just to realize how easy it is to take pot shots at someone who is in the open. On the enemy's side I capped a whole fire team. I swear that fire team moved dumber than half the guys in a video game.
On the good guy side I did really well. Personally took out four bad guys, and took 2 EPW's (Enemy Prisoners of War). If this were real life I'd probably be a bronze star recipient. HAHA.
Probably going to work out at the gym soon.
The chow hall sucked tonight. I think part of the reason why I've gotten skinnier while on active duty is that the food sucks most of the time. Just the thought of an MRE right now makes me want to loose the contents of my stomach.
I was sweating like crazy again today, but it didn't feel TOO hot. I just checked weather.com... it's 101 right now.
Tomorrow we are going to have some cool training too. I need to get to the store to buy some stuff... water, some gatorade, etc. Chow hall sucks, need to buy food to make for myself.
