this is cross posted...sorry for that.
we noticed at lunch time that chester was having trouble trying to pee, and moaning in pain. right away we knew something was wrong and called the vet. they said to bring him down, and of course that is what we did.
well, chester had to be hospitalized tonight because he has a blockage in his urethra, so he cant pee, which isnt a good thing. they don't know yet what the blockage is if it is stones or a tumor.:( we're supposed to hear something tonight from the vet about his condition when he's stabilized.
they were putting in the cathedra when we left. they will have to put him on ivs, do blood work and xrays. they dont know yet how long he'll be there. i just hope he's ok.:( i'm so bummed right now to not have my little critter running around.
i miss my chester. i just hope everything goes ok. she kept talking about complications during the whole procedure, i'm so worried:(
