The day
Well apparently I forgot to go to work today lol. On Mondays I work from 8-10 in the morning (I made it to that one) and then I work from 1:40 to 3:45...totally forgot about that one. Didn't remember til I was about half way home from Tri Cities. Great...we'll see what happens tomorrow. Yes, like the good employee I am I called my boss and let her know that I had forgotten and she was able to get one of my coworkers (I think Vlad) to work my shift. So we'll see what she has to say about it tomorrow, hopefully I don't get in any trouble/docked pay/fired or anything like that lol. I need this job...it's not much, but it's a job and it's money and I need that now. Other then that not much is going on. My classes are pretty good. Lord of the Rings is definitely going to be an interesting class...there's this elderly woman (well ok not elderly but she's like 30 lol) and she always asks these "deep" questions about things that don't really need to be addressed. Just a little annoying but that's ok. The conversations will be good and as long as Colin doesn't completely stiff me in that class, I should be fine. Wiley Schwartz and Colin Pitman are in there so it will be interesting. English we got assingned to our group today for our oral presentation later this quarter (sometime around March is when it will be presented). So I got paired with 4 other people that I don't know...but that's a good thing, it'll give me a chance to get to know some new people. At least that's what happened during FYI before the year began, so hopefully the same thing will happen in this situation. It's supposed to be a persuasive oral presentation, and our group is talking about cloning (we're for cloning apparently lol...I have kind of mixed thoughts on it, like whether or not a cloned human being would be human or just a shell, I mean the one thing that it would be lacking is a soul (at least I don't think clones have souls) so is it really fair to create clones and then harvest them for organs?). It's way too much like the movie The Island (good movie by the way). We'll probably end up showing clips from the movie while we're doing this. Other then all that...I don't think there's much else to report. Oh yeah, look at my last post. Apparently there's someone out there who thinks I lecture too much...yes I know I can be too serious sometimes, that I talk about deep things a little too much...but aren't I allowed to share those thoughts? If it can help someone, aren't I allowed to share that. Oh well, they can think what they want. Only thing I'm worried about is it being a close friend. I don't think it is, because they wouldn't do that to me I don't think...usually they would actually confront me so I know who they are...but this person of course hid in anonymity and I have no idea who it is and I don't really count on them responding again. Oh well, I'm not going to dwell on it. Anyway, u guys have fun. Update again later probably...u know me...3 weeks later.
