That popular and fairly interesting "interest" meme:

1. batting my eyelashes:
   An attempt at diluting sarcasm. Also, is cute.
2. cigarettes:
   I smoke them too much, but let's pretend it adds to a noirish atmosphere.
3. dismemberment plan:
   Something about this band that really makes me click with it, more than I'd have thought I would.
4. gin & tonics:
   The drink that treats me right, and makes me treat others right (for the most part).
5. lars von trier:
   I think he's got some really entrancing 'women' issues.
6. neutral milk hotel:
   "In An Aeroplane Over the Sea" reminds me of the ecstasy of real grief.
7. philip seymour hoffman:
   Boner.
8. sea otters:
   I did a report on sea otters in third grade. They seemed like the sweetest and most crafty of Sea World inhabitants at the time.
9. sweaters:
   I've long spent my life owed to a cardigan sweater.
10. valis:
    I read this book at just the right time in my life where I felt it was an absolute truth.
