Concrete Wanderer

Lovely concrete wanderer
Why have they captured your intelligence?
How could they withhold your malice?
And make you walk these paved streets
Of such a fools errand
Brilliant crimsoned destiny
What has brought you to this fate?
Of twisted and scarred hopelessness
Be not imprisoned for my time
I need your sick, sweet intelligence
For my hope in atrociousness may soon fade into the cliché
Another body was found today
Another letter in your name
Another gift was laid in vein
Satan begins to hide his shame
In not being as cloven hearted as yourself
Oh why must they scream death in the mention of your name?
Why cannot they see past the killer’s ficad?
Oh you cold, graceless fiend
What has the world done to you to make you so acidic?
It has made you out to be a scarlet reverie
Against the uniform background
Please teach me the trade of unspeakable hate
School me in your invisible rays
I want most to learn the art of violent shade
I want least to remain netted by ignorance
Bring me as your own, and teach me in your suffocated glory
I long to bring you freedom in my admiration
Do not let their spit-strewn shouts echo in the pits of your magnificence
You could not betray my love nor hate
For it is of purest nature and most beautiful will
Lovely concrete wanderer teach me the error of your ways
For the art in which you portray
Is the most beautiful in name.
