(no subject)
I finally finished all five of my finals, each one a bit harder than expected. I just hope I get my gpa up to keep bright futures. Amber and I went and hung out with Juan and Nadia last night. It was fun and kind of sad. They cooked us dinner and Juan put exact proportions on everyone's plate. It was so cute. We watched But I'm a Cheerleader and amber walked around taking pictures of everyone with her spiffy new digital camera. It can even take one minute movies, so we've been playing around with it. I want one now so I can send her stuff this summer when I won't see her.
I got called back for an interview for that camp counsler job I applied for, so I have to remember to do that Monday. I hope I get it because it's $9 an hour and I really need the money. I may find another job too. I am hoping on my parents leting me take the car next year. They mentioned it a few times but in order for me to do that I need to have money for insurance and car payments.
Today is my last day here until fall. My parents are coming to get me sometime tomorrow so i have been packing a lot. I'm about 75% done. I'm going to go help Amber set up her room at cvi today. It helps me to know she's all situated before I leave. I cried like everyday two weeks ago but right now it just doesn't seem real. The best part about dorms is that my mother isn't coming in every two seconds telling me I should stop "hibernating in my room and watch tv" with her. I miss my brothers and dad but I'd rather have selected summer weekends to go home instead of all summer. Aby's going to Poland this summer. So I'll be hanging out with Jenny and Kelly for my fort lauderdale duration. Amber may come down for a weekend if she can. I hope so. Next year will be great though, I'll be living with my love and one of my best friends in a nice townhouse. :) I can't wait to have a kitchen and a washer/dryer! I don't know if we're having a slave or not. I don't want to have to tie him up and put him in a cage. I feel like it'll come back to haunt me or something. lol.
