Happy Fourth!
'twas fun. Went to Wild Rivers with Anika and Amy and her friend Sarah. actually, Amy and Sarah went their own way... but it seemed like they were following us for a while. While in line for the Patriot, we met two girls, Nikki and Nancy, and ended up running around with them for the rest of the day. We went on just about everything there. Basically everything except the cheesy kiddie drops and stuff. Then around six-ish, Anika and I came over here for dinner, as we didn't feel like getting ripped off again for another meal. Not to mention we were both broke :-P. We watched a Fawlty Towers (the kipper and the corpse) and then she had to go home, as she's flying out to Michigan tomoz and still had to pack. I was probably going to go home and watch the DC fireworks on TV or something, but didn't feel like going back to an empty house, so I randomly stopped at LHHS, as I was driving by there, for the fireworks/fair thingy they have, and just wandered around for a while, looking for someone I knew. Ran into Jess, who was in one of the food lines, then wandered off again, and ran into Courtney Howe. As it was minutes to the fireworks show, I went and sat with here family, as well as Cynthia Williams (aka Vitamin C). Fireworks were awesome, as always. Then I came home, and my back started to sting a bit when my shirt hit it... so I checked in the mirror and I am really burned. And the aloe vera gel has vanished. Wonderful. But that's ok, today was fun.
