i really really need to go to the dentist. my mouth hurts so bad i cant help but sob. i dont know how to make the pain go away this time. it is litterally getting hard to breathe. ive tried everything that has worked before, but it just isnt working now. and its not helping that i know that i have to be up in 4 hours to be in school.
