hey guys

Okay so after some thinking, I've decided to simplify my original idea for the Inception event some.

A room will be set up in the League specifically for this; each character will lay down and be connected by a tube to a device. The device itself is merely a timer that will wake you up when it runs out (there are exceptions to this, I'll get to that). The tubes send the dream drug into a vein in your arm which puts you to sleep. The drug lets you experience lucid dreaming without practice.

The Chemists, whoever they may be, are the ones who mess with opium and sedatives of various potency in order to control how vivid the dream will be. They can also participate in the dream.

The Forger is simply someone who can change forms within a dream- it is a skill that only works for people who are especially good at people-watching and stepping into the shoes of others. The Forger can usually pull up things like guns out of thin air because they have a good imagination.

The Point Man is the timekeeper. They're organized and smarter than most, and have an excellent sense of timing and improvisation.

The Architect, who can bend dream worlds and create mazes, is a role I don't think we'll be touching on, because it is one of the more meta roles and can't really be done reasonably with a lot of people.

So basically everyone will be asleep and be sharing one big dream. Since an hour in the dream lasts five minutes in the real world, 12 hours in a dream lasts 1 hour in reality.

Now let's explain how to wake up before the timer on the machine does it. If you kill yourself in a dream, you'll wake up. However, being hurt in a dream won't, you'll just be in pain. You can wake someone up in reality by making them fall onto something or by dunking them in water.

This is a bit more complex than we normally do, huh? But I think I've explained it pretty well, even if you haven't seen the movie (which is fine, although it's great so you should)!
