[1st Show] Behind the Scenes [Open]

[The zoo's aquarium had recently obtained a killer whale, who had received a short breath of freedom during ratings week, and that orca was currently on the bottom of the tank, his nose up against the corner.  Every now and then, he would send a few sulky bubbles to the surface

[[Hey, you see that little bitty furry thing at the window, looking in at you? Yup, that'd be a robot supertoy, a teddy bear who can think and function on his own. He's just watching White Fang sulk around, putting his paws on the glass and leaning in so he can watch him move around and swim and do his thing.

Teddy likes him already.]]

[White Fang sees the bear out of the corner of his eye and gets curious about it. He's not seen any human toys, except the rings, balls, buckets, and other equipment that they used for shows.

He gives a push with his powerful tail and goes over to where the bear is standing, pushing his nose right up to the glass to get a better look.]

[[OMG TEDDY IS DELIGHTED AND BOUNCES AND MAKES A FEW PLEASED NOISES AND HOLLLLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIT. He looks far too happy, and his ears swivel upwards as he makes a happy purring sound. He waves his paw to the giant mammal.]]

[White Fang can't get quite the best view of the bear, so he moves his head, just so the left side of his face is facing Teddy, watching the odd creature bounce up and down.

What sort of animal was this thing? Did it work with the humans?

The orca contemplates this, blowing a few bubbles up to the surface as he thinks.]

Adi -> Teddy -> W.F?

[Adiane, carrying Teddy, walked into the aquarium curiously. She quickly spotted the tank with the whale and strode over, setting Teddy on the ground beside her. She looked up at the orca and frowned, reaching out to plance a hand on the glass of the tank.]

You poor thing. You look miserable.

His name is White Fang.

[[Teddy toddled into view and waved his paw, trying to get his new friend's attention. Then he pointed to Adiane and smiled.]]

Sounds good to me! ^_^

[White Fang had just finished munching on a fish when he saw Teddy and his friend appear.

On first glance, Aidiane looked like a human, and since they were the ones that had captured him and put him in this place, he gave an irritated click and swam to the other side of the tank. So Teddy was friends with the humans after all.

He's probably as fond of humans as you are, Aidiane, and he's never seen a Beastman before, so you'll have to forgive him for mixing the two up.]

[She frowns and crosses her arms, her big ol' scorpion tail swishing back and forth behind her. That might be a clue she's not human.]

Now what's that sound for? So unfriendly... Though I can't blame you since the filth that runs this place stuck you in a tank like this.
