I've seen the commercial for this, but I don't really get it... Are they in separate packaging inside or are they jumbled together inside? And if they're jumbled together, what exactly is the appeal here?

The Buffalo Wing and Blue Cheese combo is better. It's the entire "what do you usually have together" concept. Of course, while I say they're "better" they are still insanely salty.

They're jumbled together. I'm not sure WHY they do it, but it works surprisingly well. Lots of the flavor salt or whatever sticks to each individual chip, instead of getting mixed up a ton.

This seems silly. Why don't they just mix both powders, and spread them evenly onto all the chips?

Probably too cheap to bother-- they'd just as easily mix existing stock-on-hand than making a whole new formula.

Regardless, ridiculous nonetheless.

2!? frito lay, why stop at 2? if you're gonna mix it up---dont just half ass it. you need to go all out! follow the example set by products like skittles, runts and mike & ike.

so you've got chipotle ranch, zesty taco. why not also throw in:
cheeze, bbq, honey mustard *and* maybe even a salt & vinegar?

yum yum yum! :D
