(no subject)
To go to Louisville this weekend or not... it's thursday, I'd better hurry up and make up my mind.
This week has been hectic, but pretty fun. I've been having a good time and talking to a lot of my close friends a lot... but I need to do some work. I feel like I finally might be getting back into the mood to get some school stuff accomplished. If I come into town I could go with Angela to UofL's law library and study there, but I still wouldn't get as much done as I would up here. Spring break is the week after next, so I'll be going home then too... hmm, I need to make this decision soon.
My dad got his 6th cat... crazy! It's supposedly pretty adoreable and sweet though, so it'll be fun to see a new kitty. I want to get a dog so bad, but I can't take care of one all by myself, and it would be very unfair to a pup to get one right now. But every day I want more and more to get one, so I wish I could figure out a way to make it work.
Cara and I have been working out pretty hardcore, which has been fun. I've also been eating a lot better, so I've been feeling great, which is always nice. I've also been doing good things for myself all around lately, so life is pretty good right now. Too bad I can't have April's bed, because then life would be perfect ;)
I just finished the DaVinci code, and it was really good. I'm starting to read some Bell Hooks books on feminism, and I'm really excited about it. She's had a pretty big impact on some people I know, so I'm looking forward to them. It's tough to try and read non law stuff right now, though. I have to limit how many pages I read per day, which kind of sucks.
Blah, I guess I should attempt to pay attention to civil procedure.
